CEC's mission is help private individuals, small busines, scholastic institutions and corporate entities become safer and more secure by teaching clients how to identify, avoid and mitigate adverse situations that occur throughout the daily lifecycle - home, office, commute, business / personal travel, vehicle, social, cyber, and child safety.
