Peter Tocco is the founder and president of Capital Enterprises Consulting (CEC), a New York State-licensed privitate investigations, specializing in Situational Awareness & Threat Prevention training.  Mr. Tocco's background includes having held senior positions in both the public and private sector, where he acquired the skills and knowledge to provide world-class security, protective and investigative services. 

Mr. Tocco began his public sector employment in the field of federal law enforcement working as a special agent for both the U.S. Justice Department and the U.S. Treasury Department respectively.  Working as a federal law enforcement agent, Mr. Tocco conducted complex criminal investigation involving crimes committed against the United States.  Mr. Tocco also served as the defensive tactics instructor for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco & Firearm’s (AFT) Eastern Region Special Response Team (SRT).  

Mr. Tocco transitioned to the private sector upon receiving an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.  His private sector experience includes employment as a management consultant, and as an investment management professional where he worked for high-profile hedge funds, global banks and broker dealers.  Mr. Tocco is also a life-long martial artist with more than 40 years training experience.  

Mr. Tocco is currently responsible for developing new and innovative security solutions and educational training to help keep CEC clients safer and more situationally aware.
